A B O U T  M E

I started my fitness journey in 2015, and I can say that it has been a very interesting and bumpy ride but also a very teachable experience. I have learned so much during this long process, and also achieved many little & big milestones of mine - yes, it feels super amazing! When I first started going to the gym, I hadn't done any sports for years and kinda felt a little intimidating because I had no clue about what I was going to do in the gym. I felt lost. I have never been skinny, but I have 0 muscle and didn't look athletic at all! As you can see my legs & hips have always been slightly wide, however my bum wasn't perky at all/a bit saggy too! So what I'm trying to tell you is that NOBODY starts looking athletic.
What really motivated me to go to the gym was that during the college time, the gym became my happy place and my form of relief. I really didn't start weight lifting because I wanted to look a certain way, it was because I was so stressed with college and building my fashion career at the same time. So whenever I was stressed, happy, sad, I went & let it all out at the gym. The gym literally became my mental happy place & my playground. I could spend 2-3 hours there & loving every second of it. And as soon as I saw a little progress.. it became my addiction. That's what happens when you workout , and actually see progress along the way. You don't want to stop, you start craving more & more.
I made the most of my progress duing my second year due to eating right & increasing my training! I started posting more fitness content & girls on social media started asking me questions about how I was able to transform my body.. In the instant moment was when I realized that fitness & health was my passion. Helping other women reach their fitness goals was something that I wanted to do, because seeing the results of women I had helped was so heart warming. I decided to share my knowledge and experience with others, present day I am continuously learning and improving myself both mentally and physically day by day. 
 
My guides are based on years of experience, trying many different exercises, combinations of exercises, supersets, pyramid sets and everything! I’m so happy to finally share this with you! ReinasFit is much more than just a fitness brand, it stands for quality, women empowerment & growth. As women, we really deserve to feel sexy, and beautiful naked & with clothes on. No matter how old you are, it's never too late to start working out. I want you to believe that you can achieve anything you put your mind into. So let's start!
