In this program, you will learn all the basics and fundamentals parts of the first step of a workout "warming up" & "stretching". Your warm-up sessions should include a combination of cardiovascular exercises, stretching and or basic strength drills. In this program, I have included my most favorite cardiovascular exercises to do before your workouts begins, so that you start increasing your blood circulation, body temperature & heart rate up to be able to perform correctly before any workout session!
