I created this program guide for individuals who are in their learning stage of their fitness journey and starting but are unsure or unaware where to start. The format is simple: for two consecutive days you will have 21 minutes to complete the workout and for the two following days you will have just 9 minutes per workout. You will get thicker and stronger and level up your functional fitness as well as define your whole body.
Each week I will be sending you the specifically designed Weight Gain program including some new exercises, sets & reps. This is to ensure that you will progressively progress throughout the 8 coming weeks.

All my programs include video demos for every single exercise. You will be able to see all the private videos on the members page, where you can easily access with the password you receive at checkout sent to your email.
The program is designed to increase difficulty more and more every week, so that you make sure your muscles never get used to the same workouts, reps & sets over and again.

My journey started 5 years ago when I was at a similar place to where you are right now. I felt lost, and I wanted to look my very best but I didn't know exactly how to & where to start. ReinasFit was created by me and by my own mistakes & lessons made at the gym. I want to be able to help women around the world feel & look their very best. My goal is to share all my knowledge and provide you with the best exercises & programs so you improve yourself mentally & physically along the way!
It's pretty satisfying for me to look back now at my own transformation but I wouldn't be able to reach my fitness goals without trying several different training methods along the way. That's why I recommend that you don't waste your best years trying useless exercises & start a 100% effective workout program instead!
